I've read through your article a couple of times. I've also read the passages and the other verses around them that you quoted. Context is important. The Old Testament quotes refer to a judgement against the idolatry of the people of the lands at the time. Read the first commandment.

The New Testament passages that you referred to are not "genocidal hatred of Jews". Luke 19 v. 27 is part of a parable, not to be taken literally. I suggest you do more study of Scripture and use the KJV. Also, the Torah is not the guiding principle of Judaism today. Rather the talmud which is simply filthy writings of the rabbis is.
