Great work Eric. Why having monstrous military and force domination of the earth? What are we gaining? Any small country like Austria, or Singapore...have no dream of having 1000 military bases all over the earth to "protect" themselves.

The most advanced thinkers have awareness outside of the little materiality box. The creators and discoverers of today’s knowledge have verifiably and almost always been knowers of an ultimate entity, typically referred to as God. Often the most enlightened amongst them would often go out of their way to affirm their knowledge of this entity. This has happened over all centuries. Atheist thinking is a lower level of awareness, overall limited by the belief that nothing created everything. It is also the belief that after this life comes nothing. Meaning the atheist merges back into nothing, with its creator, that they call nothing. The atheist is stuck in one little area of a vast landscape, and like a stubborn mule refuses to go explore the landscape. From experience, they typically are extremely closed minded folks, unaware of it themselves as they tend to tell themselves that they are more open minded, which they are not as they cannot entertain concepts or thoughts they don’t like. That is not a very good stance for grasping or discovering new understanding or knowledge. Quite the opposite.
A giant tent with billions of folks under it is never going to be homogenous. It will always have a variety of personas, groups of personas, and networks of persona. Thinking that the Catholic Church is one homogeneous blob of personas is a bit naïve. Of course it will have some or many networks of sickos, including atheists and other -ists that would love to destroy it.
