I find the very phrase, Judeo Christian Tradition to be quite ridiculous. After all, Judaism and Christianity have traditionally been enemy religions. Indeed, Jews and Christians have been at each other's throats since the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ!

"Jews and Christians have been at each other's throats since the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ!" Not so. Jesus lived and died as a Jew, not as a Christian. Three of the four Gospel accounts of 'Jesus' (and all four were written decades after his death, by followers of Paul, and even Paul had never met nor heard the living Jesus) referred to him not as merely "Master" nor "Teacher" but specifically as "rabbi" (teacher of Judaism) because even when the Gospel accounts were written, everyone knew that Jesus had been a famous rabbi; so, to deny it would have made their accounts of 'Jesus' non-credible even in their own time. Paul -- NOT Jesus -- invented anti-Semitism, as I documented in my 2012 book CHRIST'S VENTRILOQUISTS. And the earliest-written anti-Semitic statement in the New Testament was Paul's own 1 Thessalonians 2:14-16, as I document there. He, NOT Jesus, was the founder, the creator, of Christianity. Jesus was crucified by the Roman, NOT by the Jewish, authorities, because he claimed to be the "King of the Jews" which denied the Roman Emperor's sole and exclusive authority to appoint kings in his Empire; so, ALL self-appointed "Kings" (not ONLY Jesus) were routinely crucified. This is the reason why even the fraudsters who wrote the Gospel accounts could not deny that at the top of his cross was "King of the Jews" which was there as the Emperor's warning tooo ANYONE who would self-proclaim or be believed by anyone to be a "King" other than by Imperial appointment as such. Pau and his followers were fraudsters, and from THAT came anti-Semitism (hatred of Jews). Then in the Talmud, written centuries later, by rabbis who had no idea of this history and believed that Jesus had said what the Gospelists said that he had said, those rabbis poured-fourth with curses against Jesus, not even knowing that Jesus had BEEN a rabbi. Hitler believed that the Bible is the "Monumental History of Mankind." Is was no HISTORY at all, but a collection of religious-propaganda sheets that became canonized centuries later by their fooled believers.

Regardless if Jesus was god, the word of god, or a rabbi… the entire lesson he or the people who wrote the books said is LOVE EVERYONE. This simple principle is far superior to all effing religions. So if the concept of loving everyone is repulsive because it is related to Jesus, these repulsed idiots are simply hate infested.

Hmmm. That is really interesting. How did you figure that out?

My 2012 book is all about, and provides all of the documentation of, that: CHRIST'S VENTRILOQUISTS: The Event that Created Christianity. It fully documents that event, and what had led up to (produced) it, and how it created Western Civilization, which is our Civilization, both its good and its bad aspects. All having been produced by that event, the most consequential event in all of human history.

Very interesting. I never thought of it like that. Thank you!

Authoritarianism is not a phenomena of just the political right. Zero-sum games are not a phenomena of just the political right. The desire to repress challengers or critical ideas is not just a phenomena of the political right. The authoritarian right and the authoritarian left are twins. Both are the enemies of humanity.

Goldhagen is an interesting case. As a fanatical Zionist, he blames the entire German people for The Holocaust. He is so much like the people he claims to hate so much. Just like a Hitler or a Himmler would blame the entire Jewish people for Communism, like so, Goldhagen would blame the entire German people for Nazism. I find this to be very fascinating to ponder. Do none see the obvious analogy?

Of course, lots and lots of Americans, it would seem, blame the entire German people for Nazism. Sometimes, though, I even begin to wonder if The Holocaust is the only thing about the Germans that Americans can even understand. I doubt most Americans even bother to learn the German language, learn about German Culture, appreciate German music or painting. No, Americans seem fixated only on The Holocaust. The reason Americans are fixated on The Holocaust is because the Holocaust, like many Americans, was stupid, brutal, and cruel!

They say Trump is like Hitler! He is also a lot like a certain other historical figure, namely Vladimir Lenin. All three knew how whip up crowds and fill their hearts with hatred for certain scapegoats. For Hitler it was the Jews, for Lenin it was the Bourgeois, and for Trump it is almost everybody.

We need apples with apples.

Jews are not a people, they are a religion.

Palestinians are a people and they are not a religion.

True. However, in Genesis 15:18-21, Deuteronomy 7:1-2, Deut. 7:16 and Deut. 20:16-18, ‘God’ tells Jews to exterminate all Palestinians (all the people who live there). And in 1 Thessalonians, John 8:44, Matthew 23:31-38, and Luke 19:47, Christians are instructed that Jews descend from Satan (the snake in Genesis 3, which created Original Sin). The supreme targets for hatred are identified in both Testaments, and the believers in their respective two faiths are obligated accordingly. Liberal Jews and liberal Christians might not believe it or even notice it, but it is there, and conservatives amongst Jews and amongst Christians take it seriously. Extremist conservatives especially do, because to them this is "the Word of God.".

I understand that but humans believe all sorts of silly things and it does not make them true. The Bible was written by humans and all humans in ancient times said the same sorts of things about each other. It is all best ignored.
