U.S. Supreme Court Okays Trump’s Butchering the U.S. Government.

On July 9th, USA Today and Yahoo News headlined “With new power, Trump will move immediately to lay off federal workers” and reported that Trump is already acting on the U.S. Supreme Court’s July 8th decision to allow the full carrying-out of all of the Administration’s legally challenged firings by himself and Elon Musk’s DOGE, of federal workers, which firings were in all of the U.S. federal Departments except the Defense Department and the Homeland Security Department (which latter Department includes ICE or Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and also includes CBP or Customs & Border Protection, which latter agency enforces Trump’s tariffs and thus will help to pay part of those increases to the Defense Department and to the Homeland Security Department). These budget cuts and firings will especially affect (reduce) Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Education, and Assistance to the poor.

The news-report said that a “senior White House official said they expect to be sued over individual agency layoff plans, which the Supreme Court decision did not address, but the administration expects to win those lawsuits.” Furthermore, “While the court did not rule on the underlying question of Trump's ability to enact widespread job cuts, the justices said they were likely to affirm that power.”

I give here (which that news-report failed to do) the link to the U.S. Supreme Court’s 17-page ruling, which it had issued on July 8th, that ‘temporarily’ allows this butchery of Government for the needs of the public, in order to serve the desires of the billionaires (who own the weapons-manufacturing firms that sell their products to the U.S. Defense Department), and which says that the Court expects ultimately to issue subsequently a final ruling that will grant U.S. Presidents this power. It stated that it had granted this allegedly temporary order “Because the Government is likely to succeed on its argument that the Executive Order and Memorandum [for these firings] are lawful.” When the U.S. Supreme Court predicts that a side’s case is “likely to succeed” — such as it had also done in its notorious action on 9 December 2000 to halt the vote-recount in the Bush-v.Gore Presidential election in order to hand the Presidency to George W. Bush — that action by the Court is effectively to say that that side in the case WILL succeed, but that the ‘justification’ for the conclusion hasn’t yet been agreed-upon and written by the Court. The first two pages of the present document’s 17 pages gave the ruling in favor of the firings, and the remaining 15 pages presented the lone dissent, which came from the Court’s lone progressive, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who was appointed to the Court by the neoconservative-neoliberal (neofascist) President Joe Biden — even a monster sometimes errs and does something good. The ratio of evidences in this matter of the Government’s firings of personnel that serve the public, instead of that serve the billionaires, was approximately in proportion to the decision’s 8-‘Justice’ opinion, which was the short 2-page ruling, versus its 15-page, 1-Justice, dissent. All of the other 8 ‘Justices’ accepted the idea that the U.S. President has the power and authority to undo by his lone Executive action, laws, in regard to federal agencies, that prior Presidents and Congresses had passed and made as being laws.

Thus, America no longer is ruled merely by an aristocacy of wealth; it is ruled by one billionaire, America’s now-king, Donald J. Trump. The agents of all of America’s biillionaires have now granted him this totalitarian power. Why not simply eliminate the Congress, then? We are entering the toughest part of a dictatorship, in any event. Trump can now do virtually anything he wants to do.

Two fascist Parties might now become three, with the hyper-billionaire Elon Musk’s new third Party, but all of them will now be under this one racist-fascist-supremacist-imperialist, or nazi, ‘President’ American king, Trump’s, ultimate control. His now-passed “Big Beautiful Bill” on the budget and taxes, shifts even more of the nation’s goodies onto the billionaires, while shifting even more of its baddies onto everyone else (in debt and taxes), transferring trillions away from health, education, welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, and infrastructure, into the U.S. Defense Department (to produce more weapons, which are produced by those billionaires’ companies) and the Homeland Security Department (especially Immigration and Customs Enforcement or “ICE”, so as to keep the poor out and to collect on tariffs so as to fund tax-cuts for the billionaires and continued growth in the Government’s armaments-purchases). That “Big Beautiful Bill,” now having become law, might change to #1 America’s current #2 position in the rankings of nations that are drawing the largest investments from foreign billionaires and centi-millionaires. Trump’s policy described there is to bribe foreign billionaires and centi-millionaires to acquire U.S. residency and to invest in American commerce — to add themselves to the billionaires who aready control the U.S. Government. As that last link proved, America’s billionaires already DO control — and for decades have controlled — the U.S. Government. Although (as I myself have argued several times such as here and here) Israel’s Government probably controls America’s Government, what has been PROVEN by that overwhelming data is only that America’s billionaires DO control (and long have controlled) the U.S. Government. Trump’s policies to increase the numbers of American billionaires by paying from U.S. taxpayer dollars to foreign billionaires and centi-millionaires, so as to persuade them to become ultimately American citizens, or at least investors in America, is his plan to “Make America Great Again,” and 8 of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 9 judges have just now greatly facilitated his success in his plan to achieve that goal of increasing the billionaires and increasing the Government’s punishments against the poor.

Although I expect the mid-term 2026 U.S. elections to transfer from Republican billionaires to Democratic billionaires the control over the U.S. House and probably also over the U.S. Senate, America is now, even more clearly than it was before, ruled under a system of two-fascist-Parties’ control, for the benefit of its billionaires; and, so, only by changing the nation’s basic system (as I have proposed here) can that basic problem be successfully addressed. If that is too far for Americans to go, then Americans simply won’t be able to get there (to a Government that truly represents its public instead of — like now — representing its wealth), because that is what would need to be done, in order to do it (i.e, to take away from the billionaires their control over the U.S. Government, and to hand the Government to the people of the country in such a way that the super-rich won’t ever again be able to come to control the nation’s Government).
